WHAT IS HEALTH?

Be Familiar With Health Hey, do you know what is health?  Let’s get to know about Health. The word “HEALTH” is being derived from the old English ‘hælth’ , which means “Whole”. Whole, ‘a thing that is complete in itself’. And, to be whole is to feel whole. To feel good, worthy. To feel connected with yourself, others, the world, and God. The feeling of completion is an important part of inner happiness. Feeling complete means we know that we do not lack anything. We have everything we need within us and we are everything we need. Your health and wellness are not limited to your physical health but on the well-being of you as the whole person. We now know that there are several areas that contribute to wellness for all of us, such as emotional, financial, social, spiritual, occupational, physical health etc. “The First Wealth Is Health”  American philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote in 1860. It is very important to be healthy. Anything can be achieved if we have good health. So, it is important to keep yourself healthy. Being healthy should be part of your overall lifestyle. When we are healthy and fit we are able to enjoy our life well.Health is not just a physical aspect. Physical and mental health are inter-dependent on each other. What happens in the body naturally reflects in mind. And what happens in mind naturally occur in the body. So one should focus both on physical wellness as well as mental wellness. We should keep balance between the two to maintain a healthy lifestyle.   Get connected with us on InstagramRead more : Blogs
